
Over the course of 5 weeks, 48 participants of the program "Youth Startups: Development and Support Tools" attended a series of trainings aimed at providing educators with effective tools for working with youth startups. The trainings covered various topics, including creating a startup business model, marketing, finance, law, leadership, design thinking, and communication. Course participants also had the opportunity to meet with entrepreneurs and experts who shared their knowledge and experiences. The program featured speakers and trainers from Ukraine, Finland, Italy, and Poland. The seminars and trainings were led by:
- Vitaliy Lisoviy, Director of the UkrainianFuture Business Incubator;
- Irina Bistrova, Head of Programs and Network of Consultants and Trainers at Ukrainian Future;
- Hannes Jesar, Co-founder of the Turbiini Accelerator, Project Manager at Metropolia RDI, the largest university of applied sciences in Finland, and one of the authors of the Ukrainian Future Business Incubator concept;
- Mauro Grandi, Industrial Chemistry lecturer, environmental protection and industrial production processes consultant, research and development expert, scaling innovative projects, treasurer of the MCL Manto Circularlab APS association, and founder of GPM Innovation in Italy;
- Agnieszka Terch, Chairperson of the "Education through the Internet" association in Poland;
- Vasil Matey, Expert in fundraising, financial risk management, and financial management of startups;
- Daryna Petryk, Head of the Youth Flow Academy children's business school, mentor and leadership coach for youth business projects;
- Volodymyr Azovskyi, Founder and Head of the consulting company InHouse Consulting;
- Olena Levchyshyna, Lawyer and Consultant Trainer at Ukrainian Future;
- Serhiy Parkhomenko, MBA, Marketing, PR, and digital technology expert, business mentor for startup projects.
During the trainings, participants had the opportunity to delve into the specifics of the startup ecosystem and industry trends through a series of questions and answers. This allowed educators, scientific and pedagogical staff, and youth center coordinators to better understand the needs and interests of future innovators and provide more focused technological and entrepreneurial support to young inventors. The participants praised the benefits of the program:

It should be noted that the "Youth Startups: Development and Support Tools" program lasted from April 4th to May 9th (30 hours/1 ECTS) and consisted of 11 interconnected thematic modules focusing on the specifics of managing youth innovation projects, as well as a final testing. The testing took place on May 8th. Upon completion of the educational course, participants will receive Certificates of Qualification Enhancement and the opportunity to continue collaboration within the network of coordinators of innovative projects at Ukrainian Future and the business incubator of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
