The Business Empire project, which in 2024 underwent preparation for the online Innovation Days competition at Ukrainian Future, the business incubator of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, won 1st place in the “Quality Education” category at the World Series of Innovation and received a $1,500 cash prize!

Overall, in 2024, three projects from the Ukrainian Future preparatory stage made it into the top ten finalists of the World Series of Innovation. The teams developed innovative solutions in three key competition categories aimed at achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals: “Quality Education,” “Decent Work and Economic Growth,” and “Climate Action.” One Ukrainian team won the competition, and another received a special distinction.

Business Empire – winner in the “Quality Education” category (Intuit for Education Game Based Financial Learning Challenge). The team is developing a financial game that will teach young people how to manage budgets, savings, and investments.

WITERoK – recipient of the competition’s special recognition “Finalist - Impact League”, finalist in the “Climate Action” category (Zuora Climate Action Challenge). Their solution is an innovative bladeless wind turbine, which, among other things, helps reduce the carbon footprint of communities.

SkillFusion – finalist in the “Decent Work and Economic Growth” category (Citi Foundation Youth Economic Advancement Challenge). Their idea leverages artificial intelligence to help young people find jobs, gain education, and develop professionally.
