A one-day online intensive for supervisors of youth startup projects that provides a systematic understanding of the financial component of a startup and practical tools to help young people confidently manage finances, plan expenses, and attract resources to develop their ideas. The program combines methodological and applied approaches — from the basics of financial management to identifying funding sources for youth projects.
To form in educator-mentors a comprehensive understanding of finance as a key tool for startup development — as both a source of resources and a system that determines the sustainability, scalability, and competitiveness of a project.

Tools for forming in young people an understanding of finance as part of entrepreneurial thinking. Basic principles of financial culture in a startup environment.
Startup project budget architecture
Structure of a startup financial plan: income, expenses, margin, cash flow forecasting. How to teach a team to create a realistic budget and work with financial instruments.
Financial risks and typical mistakes of youth startups
Practical examples, analysis of real cases and recommendations for managing financial risks. How to help a team make financially sound decisions.
Financing opportunities for youth startups
Grant programs, competitions and government support instruments. How to find, evaluate and effectively apply for startup financing.
