Program was ordered by communal enterprise of the Bila Tserkva City Council "Strategic Development Agency of Bila Tserkva".

REACHED OUTCOMES

Trainers and experts of Ukrainian Future, a business incubator of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, provided the training module "School of Small and Medium Business" - the educational program "Reorientation and adaptation of business in quarantine conditions".

The training took place within the framework of the implementation of the "EU4Business: Competitiveness and Internationalization of SMEs" program, jointly financed by the European Union and the German government and carried out by the German federal company GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH).

During the program, trainers and trainees worked on:

  •  business adaptation in quarantine conditions
  •  building a marketing model of the enterprise
  •  searching for funding
  •  legal aspects of business

Thus, as a result of the program, entrepreneurs received effective tools for developing and scaling their enterprises, improving the quality of goods and services, and, accordingly, increasing profits.

Creating better conditions for the development of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting innovation and stimulating exports, which is the way to sustainable and uniform economic growth. As part of the Team Europe approach, the program was also supposed to contribute to Ukraine's recovery from the consequences of COVID-19.

Offline/online (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Audience

Small and medium-sized businesses that have been engaged in entrepreneurial activities for at least one year.
