This is partly due to inadequate harvesting equipment and supplies. Farmers also lack access to information on European organic product market regulations and face difficulties in developing effective export logistics channels.
Developing of hardware solutions to preserve perishable products during harvesting, packaging, and long-term transportation. Or developing of software solutions for an open-access exporter database and logistics optimization. Construction of optimal logistics channels tailored to specific farmer requests.
